Annual evaluation of Capitation Pilot Project

Year One Summary

The evaluation of the Capitation Pilot Project was completed in September 2002 and presented to the Polk County Health Services board of directors.

The project resulted in the creation of a primarily text-only website that contained the same information and services provided in the main site. The produced a site that was not only easier and faster to navigate, but also available for screen readers and text-only browsers.
