Legal Issues in Rehabilitation

An accurate and up-to-date understanding of the laws and legal considerations that often affect clients and employees with disabilities is essential for the competent professional in contemporary practice. These legal requirements are becoming increasingly important in your practice, yet are undergoing changing interpretations through legislative changes and evolving case law.

Attend this workshop and learn about the most current legal considerations from a team of highly qualified, experienced, and nationally recognized authorities. This program features a special Keynote Presentation by Professor Peter Blanck, a professor of law, psychology, and occupational health. Prof. Blanck is one of the leading legal scholars in disability law in the nation, former member of the President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities, Senior Fellow with the Annenberg Foundation, and former Commissioner on the American Bar Association Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law.
