Chris Kuczynski:  How often do we run ahead. I was supposed to be from eleven, or ten to eleven 

and I think it's about five of ten according to my watch, 

I don't know whether that means I should finish at five of eleven or that I get an extra five minutes. 

As anybody that's heard me speak knows I will fill it up if I'm given the five minutes 

[Laughter]. 

But I do want to talk about a number of issues under the ADA, 

"What every employer should know" is what I'm supposed to talk about. 

And I'm going to do that and I'm going to hopefully save time for questions, 

but I do understand that there will also be a panel during the lunch and 

that there will be an opportunity also to continue the discussion. 

But I'm hoping that we can get one started also during the course of my remarks. So,...
